데이터 감각기(bottle of clean water)(3D printing LED Bluetooth Internet, Computer, 140x40pie(cm), 2014)는 실시간 지진데이터와 2012년에 사망한 어린이 수의 데이터를 10초에 한번 씩 수집하고 이 데이터를 누적하여 더한 값을 Data 감각기의 내부의 빛의 세기로 보여주는 작업이다. 이전 작품인 Organism in Cistern의 작업이 전자파를 수집했다면 데이터 감각기는 인터넷에 있는 정보를 수집하여 빛으로 보이는 작업이다. 데이터 감각기가 수집한 데이터들은 지구의 내부의 움직임과 기아, 병, 전쟁, 사고 등으로 죽은 아이들의 의미로 해석될 수 있다. 죽은 아이들, 시름하는 지구를 빛으로 표현함으로써 의미있는 메타커뮤니케이션의 가능성을 모색하고자 한다. 이 데이터 감각기의 부제목(부제목인 깨끗한 물의 병은 정병을 의미한다. 정병은 불교에서 관음보살이 중생들의 고통과 목마름을 해소해 주는 깨끗한 물을 담는 병이다.) 에서 의미하듯이 말이다.

Data Organism(Sensillum) (Data organism-bottle of clean water, 3D printing LED Bluetooth Internet Computer, 140 x 40 pie (cm), 2014) is a job of collecting and accruing real-time seismic data and the number of children who died in 2012 every 10 seconds and showing the added values as in the light intensity inside the organism. While the work of Organism in Cistern is collecting electromagnetic data, the work of data organism is collecting data on the Internet and expressing them in light. The data collected by the data organism can be interpreted as the movement inside the earth and the children who have died of hunger or disease or in a war or accident. By presenting dead children and sick Earth as in the light, it seeks a possibility of meaningful meta-communication. As it is inferred in the subheading of this data organism: the subheading ‘bottle of clean water’ means a Ritual Bottle. A Ritual Bottle is a bottle of clean water the Buddhist Goddess of Mercy uses to relieve the pain and thirst of the mankind in Buddhism.
